You can use this sophisticated notebook for soft and hard use also. I test this with all latest games like  Call Of Duty Black Ops , Crysis 2  Seriously it went unexpectedly superb.
Bottom-line : It's really great notebook in that tiny pack. Super Performance and unique design.You will love it when using it. It's $999-$1599 best investment .

MY  Opinion:
pros ::
Alienware M17X is good a lot.
you can get an obvious high performance even with the latest heavy games.
Alienware M17X really superb during gaming operation and multitasking.
about the look and design of this Alienware notebook is really awesome.The notebook's rubbed body is superb to touch and feel.
The Gaming performance of Alienware M17X notebook is extraordinary. Tested latest high demanding games  like Call Of Duty Black Ops , or Crysis 2, MassEffect 2 ..the Alenware M17X Notebook gave a great performace.
Only one thing you need to spend a little money for the Alienware M17X , but when you will have this Alienware you will say it deserves that price.

Cons:
Its a bit heavy(about 4.5 kg) and price is a little high when customizing to higher configuration.

Price: 6.5/10
so overall I give it 8.5/10 in my review  and for sure Alienware M17X THE BEST GAMING NOTEBOOK IN PRESENT MARKET.
